Lane, a sophomore at Alcoa High School, proudly donned his football jersey, while Caroline, a spirited freshman, took to the soccer field.

Amanda’s unwavering commitment to her children was evident not just in her encouragement but also in the countless hours she devoted to attending their games, balancing the challenges of sports expenses with her fierce love and dedication.

In addition to her role as a devoted mother, Amanda was a well-respected member of the Alcoa community. She actively supported local initiatives, especially those related to youth and sports, understanding the importance of fostering a positive environment for children to thrive.

Her infectious spirit and selfless nature made her a cherished figure among friends and neighbors alike. Professionally, Amanda had a steady career at Ares Medical, where she leveraged her background in advanced medical studies.

She attended Powell High School before pursuing her passion for healthcare by studying Advanced Emergency Medical Technician at Roane State Community College. Furthermore, she studied Radiography and MRI at South College in Knoxville and completed another Radiography Program at Roane State Community College, showcasing her dedication to her field and her commitment to serving others.

Amanda’s sudden passing leaves a void in both her family and her community; however, her legacy of love for her children and tireless commitment to her community will forever be remembered.

Justin Herring Obituary Long Beach MS Cause of Death:- Justin R. Herring, a beloved engineer and firefighter, made a significant impact on his hometown of Long Beach before his untimely passing at the age of 40 on April 3, 2025.

A dedicated member of the Gulfport Fire Department, Justin served proudly on Engine 3, where his commitment to the safety and well-being of his fellow firefighters earned him respect and admiration. A graduate of the Gulfport Fire Academy, he promoted a strong sense of camaraderie and teamwork, embodying the true spirit of public service.

Beyond his professional achievements, Justin was an avid fitness enthusiast and personal trainer, emphasizing the importance of a healthy lifestyle to those around him. His passion for fitness extended to inspiring others, ensuring that both physical and mental well-being remained a focus for his colleagues and friends.

He was preceded in death by his mother and grandparents and is survived by his father, siblings, fiancé, and many cherished nieces and nephews. To honor Justin’s legacy, a visitation will be held on April 9, 2025, at St. James Catholic Church, followed by a prayer service and reception.

His spirit of service, love, and commitment will continue to inspire those who had the privilege of knowing him.
